Shipping Charges & Minimum Order Size: offers the lowest pricing possible on our super high-quality bulk ingredients. In doing so, we must add shipping charges on all orders and have a minimum order size of $225.00, so that those in Portland, OR receive the same great base pricing on our ingredients as those in Portland, ME.  Fortunately, we have negotiated pricing with our shippers, which enables us to pass our discounted shipping rates directly to youYou can choose from a list of various shipping options during checkout. We prefer to ship via UPS because they treat our packages (your order) with exceptional care. Additionally, we participate in the UPS Carbon Neutral Program, which helps offset the environmental impact of our shipments. If you’d like us to ship using your UPS, Fed-Ex, or DHL account, please email us to coordinate. 

Build your Pallet:

If you are placing an order for 500 lb.+, it might make sense to ship on a pallet, depending on your location. Using, you can mix and match cases of ingredients to build a personalized pallet and see the cost of shipping via our partnered freight carriers. Depending on your order's size and location, you can choose to ship via UPS or LTL Freight—everything together on a pallet. You will be able to make the appropriate shipping selection at the end of the checkout process. 

Shipping Timeline & Notifications:

We ship all orders from our Ashland, Oregon warehouse and typically have them out the door within 1 to 2 business days of the initial order date. UPS may take  5 to 7 business days to reach some areas in the US. USPS Priority Mail typically takes 3 to 5 business days to reach continental US destinations. You should receive an automatic shipment confirmation email with the tracking number for your order and all other pertinent shipping information.
